New Resources

Stòrlann Nàiseanta na Gàidhlig together with stars from Bhun-sgoil Ghàidhlig Inbhirnis and Munlochy Primary School will be launching a clutch of new resources for schools at the Drumossie Hotel in Inverness on 9 June.
School pupils from Munlochy intend to sing a song or two which they learned from some GLPS resources and ppupils from Bun-sgoil Ghàidhlig Inbhirnis will be exhibiting work they created with the creative learning resource Kar2ouche.
The new resources are:

The six most prominent faiths of the world delivered in a Scottish context and viewed through the eyes of young followers.
Kar2ouche - Sgrìobhadh Cruthachail:
An dàrna tiotal à sreath Kar2ouche a leasaicheas sgilean sgrìobhaidh nan sgoilearan le uirsgeulan agus sgeulachdan traidiseanta. A’ cleachdadh charactaran, cul-raointean, àirneis is teacsa airson an dreach fhèin a chur air sgeulachdan.
Kar2ouche: Creative Writing: The second in the Kar2ouche series which develops creative writing skills through fables and traditional tales. In using a library of characters, backgrounds, items and text users can create their own stories.

Go on!: A fun language based game, where the questions are based on the GLPS (Gaelic Language in the Primary School) topics. The game encourages language and reading skills – suitable for young and old!
